Our returns process for ordinary pet supplies bought from Four Oaks Pet.

Your right to return
You can return an unused item within 30 days of receiving it for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be returned as soon as you notice the issue. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Condition
- Change-of-mind returns: unused, in resaleable condition, with any original tags.
- Faulty or incorrect items: return as received and describe the problem.
- For hygiene reasons, wash towels and cloths can only be returned if unused and unwashed.
How to start a return
- Email support@fouroakspet.shop with your order details and reason.
- We confirm the return address and any reference to include.
- Send the item back, keeping proof of postage.
Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover reasonable return costs.
After we receive your return
We check the item and then process any refund in line with our refund policy. We will keep you updated by email throughout.
